I must have been on the phone with this person (I forget her name, sorry!) for at least a half an hour trying to order a simple flower arrangement and I have to chase around my terrors (I mean: lovely children) at the same time. They haven't seen eye to eye for years and have spoken in at least that long. It was the last thing I could think of to do, because these are not normally two men who would be affected by flowers.
