I just sent some Valentine's Day roses to someone I've been admiring from afar for a while now. As I am writing this they are on route to him, and I don't know how he's going to react. I don't know if it's such a good idea that you have same day delivery, because it doesn't give me a chance to think everything through before things start to happen. I'm getting ahead of myself, I know, but I can't help it. I have all of this nervous energy, wondering what the reaction will be. I have dealt with certain delivery companies before who could not handle a slight discrepancy in the address with any smarts at all. It seems like if two numbers in a zipcode are transposed, it stops them in their tracks and they delay a couple days and charge you half again as much. I admit that I sometimes get zipcodes wrong. My memory isn’t what it used to be. But someone over there recognized the mistake I made on a flower delivery and it didn’t slow them down a whit. I wish I knew who it was, because I would thank them from an old woman, so I’m saying thank you to you for possibly training your flower delivery people that way.(Bonita R., Houma LA )

Good gracious! Just about everything went wrong with my sister's wedding. It was her third marriage, and I don't know what she was expecting mixing her dogs in the ceremony with the swans in a makeshift pool. It might have been funnier if I wasn't trying to hold it all together. Maybe I'll laugh about it someday. I wanted to tell you that despite the various disasters, your flowers came through with flying colors. It was something that I and the guests and the wedding party could all fix our hopes on for the day and it just about saved everyone from a total breakdown.
