I know there is a problem with sending produce from country to country, but from what I understand of FTD and other wire services, you actually do all of your business within the country of delivery. I think this is a major benefit of delivery services like yours, and I think this is a very good reason to send gifts this way. There's one thing I've found about sending flowers. It has to be the right ones at the right time. There is a general understanding about what kinds of flowers mean what, so when I send red roses, I want it to mean love, and when I send white roses, I want it to mean friendship. When I send mixed colors... I'm not quite sure what that means yet, but I'll get it eventually. My point here is that I am grateful you get everything, every order right. There was one time when I meant to send white roses and the place sent red. I mean, is that right? To this I say NO. You should know that your efforts are appreciated. I wouldn't have even told you about this, but my initial hesitation was based on the my experience with other Internet delivery companies. Is there some kind of large population of patient souls where you get your customer service people from? Do they also babysit for a trio of tiny terrors (ages: 3, 6, & 8)? I must have been on the phone with this person (I forget her name, sorry!) for at least a half an hour trying to order a simple flower arrangement and I have to chase around my terrors (I mean: lovely children) at the same time. I found you among a good number of other flower ordering places. I really had no way to decide because there's so many of them. I'm a little embarrassed to say that I picked one at random. (Not exactly true, I picked one that used FTD at random). Yours happened to be the one I picked. I was so impressed with the delivery and the flowers that I tried another site picked out at random. Boy was I disappointed. I guess I just got lucky the first time.
